I'll be out of town for a few days, and after getting the July chapter out a bit late, I wanted to make an effort to get this one out early.

Nothing super spicy this chapter, but I think it does a good job of showing some of the differences between Danielle and Austin.

In other news, I've just got a few chapters left to rough out from the Topless Daughters outline. I'm hoping to get those finished up when I get back in town.

I was also out of town two weekends in a row at the end of June, but the video game was the bigger time sink. It took me until this evening, but I was able to get a chapter of Chaos submitted. I think that putting out a chapter of that once a month will hopefully serve the intended purpose and keep me writing. I'm planning on getting the next chapter of Topless Daughter's posted by Saturday.

Topless daughters passed 20K downloads while I was preparing chapter 13 to be posted. That's really a pretty significant number for a hobby story writer. Thanks again to everyone who has been reading.

20K words is another meaningful milestone in my mind. Even if the plot is only there to give you an excuse to write the spicy parts, you need some sort of barebones plot to get to that sort of word count. Additionally, I might crank out 5-6K of words in a really inspired burst of writing, but any story of this length has taken a bit of persistence over multiple writing sessions to get to this length. Only 10 of the stories I've posted have reached this milestone. Topless Daughters is going to be in the 40k word range by the time it's finished. Of what I've posted here, only Boobiliscious and Predatory Mothers are longer. The complete Meagan series is longer if you look at it as a whole. Eventually, Chaos on the Cul de Sac will pass up this story as well, but that's going to take several months.

Anyway, I'll stop thinking about the nice round numbers that this story has reached and get back to preparing Chapter 13 for posting.

It seems proper to post a chapter of this story for the start of pool season, so I'm planning to have the next chapter polished up for Monday morning. In the original outline, this chapter was the start of a third act that would be followed by a chapter or two to wrap things up. Now on the outline, there is a full act four and a full act five to bring Topless Daughters to a conclusion. I've got a rough draft of all but the final chapter of act 4.

In a previous blog, when I said I was going to force myself to wrap this up in thirty chapters maximum, I got some feedback saying not to worry about that. This reader was enjoying the longer story and hoped it would be allowed to progress to a logical conclusion, no matter how long that might be. I have a feeling I might end up writing 31 or 32 chapters now, but we'll see.

This story has passed a few milestones recently. It's now in the top 15 of my most downloaded stories, and more people have it in their library than anything I've written. I really didn't expect anything to top Little Sister's Amazing Underboob in that regard. Additionally, Swing Set Swap has gone over 15,000 downloads, so that story has gotten some extra attention by being part of the same series.

I've got over 20 chapters in the rough draft of this story now, so you might think I'm close to wrapping this one up. However, I think I've actually added more chapters to the outline than what I've completed since last I posted about how writing was going. 

I've decided to give myself a hard cap of 30 chapters. If I think of some idea that inspires me and would push the story past that limit, I just need to save it up for another story. If I had to guess, I'd say this one is going to end up in the 40k word neighborhood. That would make this one longer than any completed stories I've written other than Predatory Mothers and Boobiliscious.

I'm a little bit delayed in getting Chapter 9 polished up and posted because I went to a concert Thursday night and also because I realized I had made a mess over who the point of view character was in one scene.
