Hello All. Thought I’d drop a note and talk a bit about my stories. I’m a recovering drunk, the folks at AA like to call it alcoholism, but I always thought it too fancy a descriptor for me back in those days. Anyway,a friend managed to convince me that the reason my life was so dark was that I was living in a hole and maybe it would be a good idea to stop digging it deeper. Lucky for me he showed up on the day I was feeling that momement of ultimate despair that they call a bottom--That day and the next I was willing to do anything to get sober and stay sober--even listen and follow the steps
I love stories about people coming back from hell. What fascinates me, are stories about the poor bastard who through no fault of his own has been blindsided by fate. Been kicked into one of those holes of despair where there is no hope and everything is dark. I love to see him climb out with pure guts and determination. Most all of my stories center around that theme.
By the way, I hope to get Matthew’s Story published on Bookapy this weekend assuming I don’t screw up the formatting. Thanks again for all the kind words,
