I can't remember exactly, but he owned a home in a HOA neighborhood. Either a stock broker or IT wizard. Neighbor girls start to date him. At least one is a cheerleader, but it ends up almost harem-esque. A bit of physical violence happens occasionally.
You don't mean "Call Girl Cheerleaders" by Richard Bissell? I can't remember any HOA components but it was posted around the turn of the century and deleted not long afterwards.
I did a quick search for HOA. 96 hits, several of which are last names, (Hoa) and at least one is set in SE Asia and seems to be a tribe, or ethnic group.
Searching for HOA and cheerleader gets 8 hits. In one of which, the Hoa is a name, so only 7 to look through.
I actually meant the author pulled himself. 😉
