Yantra Protocol

Tantrayaan ๐Ÿšซ

My first story as a writer. Please do check it out as well as my other story Their Wonder Years:S1

This story should appeal to folks who like Sports Dramas along with Haremlit, Thrillers, Romance, and Mythic Realism

The story is set in India in the year 2000

Synopsis of the story
What if your body was a battlefield โ€” and your heart, a weapon?

Yantra Protocol follows Bharath Hema, a gifted Tamil footballer who transfers to Calcutta's top club with dreams of glory โ€” and finds himself thrust into a war waged in whispers, winks, and wounds.

When he rescues a trafficked girl by accident, he uncovers a citywide sex-trafficking ring run by elites, guarded by violence, and hidden behind velvet curtains. His weapon? A mysterious tattoo โ€” a yantra โ€” that gives him access to dreamscapes and healing power.

His allies? A growing circle of broken but brilliant women who become his partners, protectors, and lovers.

Their Wonder Years is absolutely the most fun I've had reading anything on SOL. Ever.

Especially the latest part about the GA DMV. Been there, done that, will bear the scars for life.

And yes, everyone must visit the Varsity. Just like a car, students need an oil change and grease job periodically.

A 10 for sure.

Thanks so much! Please do check out Yantra Protocol as well. It's a bit grittier than Their Wonder Years.

OMG, is the Varsity still there? I visited a friend at Tech in 1967, and he insisted on taking me there.

Was never a big fan of the Varsity although the Onion Rings were good. Always felt guilty after eating there though.

It used to be great fun to take a date there, and get curb service.

Experienced folks knew that if you went inside, you were expected to have "your order in your mind and your money in your hand". No time to waste when there are thousands of people waiting for food.

But it appears to have gone downhill in recent years.
Just another example of the general decline that affects every big city, I guess.

How long back was the curb service thing? I lived right next door in the dorms so we used to pop into the place occasionally - although I did usually partake of the Subway right opposite.

Started around 1928.
I believe they stopped "car-hop" service due to COVID, and never brought it back.

There's also the special lingo used to order stuff:
"Two yellow dogs walking and a frosted orange" is what I would order to take back to the office.

Back in the 80's, I couldn't get in. There was no place to park a semi truck and trailer.
