True...I "contacted author" a few hours ago though I imagine I wasn't the first hehehe...

Fixed.
And as Gomer Pyle loved to say "Surprise, surprise, surprise"
The new story starts off the same as all his other stories.
OC is a orphan.
OC gets mental powers.
OC is a martal arts prodigy.
OC becomes rich.
And this is all in the first chapter.
But does it continually switch between 1st and 3rd person, even in the same sentence sometimes?
ETA - no it doesn't. So I humbly apologise to A Well Traveled Man. To me, the story seems like your best work so far.

It's only the first chapter. Give him time. Next chapter will most likely start off with him waking up, going down to the basement to work out in the gym, do his Kata, shower and then get breakfest.
It's only the first chapter.
True, and Bookapy reviewers have noted switches between third and first person so presumably they're to come.
A couple of the reviewers also claimed it's his best story to date so I'm not alone.

I once read a thriller from a best selling author written in 1st-person. However, each chapter began in 3rd-person (I think omni) to give the reader info the 1st-person narrator didn't know. At first I thought it was wrong, but it worked once I got used to it.

Since it is based on only one chapter isn't that great an endorsement.

Mine was. Who knows how many chapters the Bookapy reviewers read.

I assume only people who bought a book could review it on Bookapy/ZBookStore. They would rate it after reading it. The whole novel.

I don't think the system can actually check that they've read any of the book.
