Long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a teenaged slave stows away aboard the ship of a Force user on her way to the tomb of a long-dead Sith. At first Laika thinks Arlaud is a puzzling annoyance she can leave behind at her earliest opportunity, but soon learns there is a lot more to Arlaud than she had supposed.
