Katherine had no idea how she had been talked into being auctioned off as a 'prize' at her social club's annual auction. She considered backing out, but as superficial as this crowd could be, she knew they took their games *very* seriously. She ends up being 'bought' by a female rival, who pledges to break her before the weekend is through.
