John is a thirty-something wastrel, living in his mother's basement. Then, a stroke of luck, and a lot of nagging lands him the rarest arcade game of all time. He thinks it will change his life, and finally show his mother that games are for real. However, John has no idea just how much it will change his life.
An audacious experiment that is focused on transcending the boundaries between body and soul, will prove to be much more than a leap of scientific faith, and when the critical time comes, all hell breaks loose.
The city is rotten, an overrun cesspool of corporate greed and human rights violations at the hands of those too rich and powerful to be stopped... but their corruption has spawn, the vile and throbbing embodied mass of karma, crawling voraciously like an abandoned freight train of "I don't know what."
