Jeb Connors and his ladies are now in the middle of an intergalactic drama. The Altairian spacecraft's Captain invoked Directive 1495. Now Jeb and his ladies, four everyday citizens of the US, have been declared the Altairian's Facilitators. They must chair a meeting to negotiate an agreement between Earth's governments and the Empire, which the Altairians represent. Without an agreement, Earth's people will be bombarded back to their caveman days.

My thoughts on a couple of things in the news.

A story set in the Pinwheel Universe
Stanley drops out of agricultural school to join the Navy, and is sent off to a space station known as the Pinwheel to complete his training as a UNN marine, there he meets Raz, an unruly alien who he will be forced to befriend if he wants to complete the program.

Josiah, a Wirrimanu man, is summoned to lead a group of his people to take back what was stolen by colonists.
