Chapter 7 of "Summer Vacation" includes several people sitting around at a backyard gathering and playing guitars. They sing the song "30,000 Pounds of Bananas" by Harry Chapin. If you're not familiar with this song, I have included the link for the live version of the song, below. It is about 10 minutes long and includes all three endings of the song. Hello everyone! I tried to submit chapter 5 for Summer Vacation" yesterday afternoon, but I goofed it up. Sorry. It should post today.
Chapeter 4 of Summer Vacation will post today. I hope to have 2, maybe 3 chapters post each week until finished. I "thought" that it was done, sort of, but as many people know, sometimes the characters run off in a direction that wasn't anticipated. - K
Hello everyone! Chapter #3 of 'Summer Vacation' will be posting in a day or so. A few folks have mentioned that once again, my "ESL" is popping up and my spelling leaves a bit to be desired. LOL Please be gentle. I am blessed to have Pixel The Cat assisting me with editing. But sometimes, the random 'oops' does slip through. This story is expected to have only 9 chapters. However, as many people know, the characters may decide otherwise and go running off, giggling, and the writer can only chase after them and try to keep up.
