I'm hoping to get a chapter ready to be put up by the weekend. The thought I had was about another author's blog post. It seems to have been removed or I just can't find it again. This post was made to put out what that author believed were the facts on topics that were written about in stories. They proceeded to lay out what the facts were they thought needed to be cleaned up in others stories. I really didn't have an issue with that until they started to become in my opinion, preachy. One issue that struck a cord with me was the writers, in my opinion, mild obsession with penis size and what was average. There was even a comment about how the abundance of overly large penises in stories was and would continue to give owners of average penises,a complex. First off, porn has been doing that for decades, I wonder if the writer has been emailing the porn companies about their disdain for people with average penises.

The reason I wanted to write this post is to give y'all a slight look into how I write, to a degree. My thought process is this, there are some things that need to be accurate, there are things that will be somewhat accurate but changed or altered for the story. Then there will be things that are beyond belief, like aliens sending someones consciousness back in time. What I write is fiction, and fantasy. A product of my warped mind. I do appreciate you guys telling me if something is off, it may help me alter things to the way they should be, and they may not cause that's how I want it to be. To me constructive criticism is ok, but don't tell someone that they aren't writing the right way.

So I have mostly completed my move. I used one of the shippable containers to move the majority of my stuff and it should be here soon. The 14 hr drive straight through was a pain and I've recovered from that mostly. The heat and humidity is another matter, I forgot how much of a pain that can be. Though I did bring all my writing material, I'm probably in a small group that still uses paper and pen to write. I'm hoping I can have something to put up in a week or so. I had a few minutes to myself and was doing some reading. I realized while I was doing that, I had misspelled the pen name, it was an homage to a Bear who fought for his adopted Polish countrymen, and never forgot them. In my haste to set up the pen name, I spelled it Wjotek instead of Wojtek.

I hate to say that I'm probably going to be mia for awhile. I'm not sure how long it's going to be. My hope is not that long. I have some written that I'll get edited and post when it's done. My current situation, which has allowed me to write more than normal is taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I am the caregiver for my 99yr old grandmother. Her health is deteriorating quickly. This has put me under a lot of strain. I don't believe that she will be on this planet very much longer. When her time is at an end, I'll have to start a new chapter. It will take awhile to get things squared away, and I know y'all enjoy reading the story as much as I enjoy writing it. It will take me awhile to square away everything, but I will be back to writing. Hope y'all have a great day.
