A city boy returns to his hometown to find out what he's missed. Please note that when it comes to the dialogue, you'll see a lot of words that are deliberately misspelled and some speech that isn't grammatically correct. This is my way of representing the regional dialect of the main character's hometown in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Jesse and Marie fight baddies, a dumb local cop and the FBI. He and Marie also shoot and kill baddies and try to save the Ranch. They even have sex a few times and he "bellows like a moose" when he goes off. She's a screamer. They only have sex three or four times without any outside help.
Just when I thought my life was getting to a point that I could relax and enjoy it, a situation hits me in a big way. Now my life is a total wreck, figuratively speaking of course, ain’t it just my luck to end up like this.
