Pilot version of an unusual SF story.

Fourteen-year-old Austin, grabbed from a Singapore orphanage and sold to a Macau brothel, is bought by an American spy to help foment a coup in Thailand by being offered as an incentive to Thai generals being urged to stage a coup and who have a fetish for fourteen-year-old boys. Austin doesn't resist much in serving these plans until the stakes are pushed painfully high.

Includes Cover Illustration: Two young girls, while wilderness camping, are accosted by a religious zealot. Naked and shivering, they are forced to repent their sins. But it's not enough. Later, while they are sleeping, the man returns– with needle and thread.

When a bookstore owner goes from a reader and seller to a mystery sleuth, lines get blurred and consciences bruised. Now that's Snoopy!
