An everyman in a retail job discovers by accident that he has strange, supernatural powers that give him control over the actions of others. Well, power corrupts, doesn't it?
My origin was a bad start. You can't imagine a more spoiled rotten mean little kid than I was. My story has a villain, but no heroes. I am the villain. No matter how I spin it or excuse myself, I'll never come out remotely heroic. I'm the predator, and the characters portray my victims. You won't learn much about them. Their character development is skimpy and stereotyped. Though they were my half-siblings I never knew them well so I can't tell what I don't know.
A quirky little tale I wrote years ago for some good friends. They liked it so I hope you will too. Basically, a lady doing things alone and then with another.
Don't you just hate noisy neighbors? Of course you do. So here's a story about one getting their just desserts to make you feel a bit better. Hope ya like it.
