A Love Unexpected Story A companion story to "The Mind Knows". Tragedy strikes Taylor's family. Wives and children must deal with life without loved ones. But... from loss, comes love. Sad to start.
Another little wander into the realms of the improbable. This one might be a little difficult to understand, but as the characters themselves have little idea what the devil is going on anyway; the reader should not feel alone.
A little tongue in cheek composition, that is not intended to be taken seriously.
Alexis is a complicated young woman living a complicated life. But things only became more complicated when she nearly ran her car over the stranger with sad dark eyes. Simone has a new baby at home. Her husband is often away on business, but among other family members, her thirteen year-old brother Kevin visits often. This is a story of love, and just a few of its countless complexities. And, it's an homage to Chandra. I recently posted it with the title, I Loved the Black Rose, using the names Gisele and Kat for the main characters. In truth, I wrote the story about Chandra and me. I used the other names for my own reasons. I know Chandra always wanted it posted with our real names, and I've reached a place where I can post it that way. This story is my own fantasy, but the feelings are real.
Dan is a middle-aged divorced engineer living in an apartment complex. There's a young teen who's recently moved in. She's living with her grandmother and things are in a turmoil in her head, if not her life.
