College sophomore Lisa Campbell and three classmates spend the summer pledging the 4-Beta Sorority. The 4-Betas have rough hazing rituals that include public nudity, spankings, sexual training, streaking adventures, lots of physical exercise, and dominating male pledges. Lisa learns to become a leader as she guides her companions to become accepted as full members of the sorority.
