Re-write

Hey everyone,

It’s clear that the direction I started in Chapter 74 didn’t sit well with a lot of readers, so I’ve decided to do a rewrite. The updated version of Chapter 74 is already in the queue.

As for Chapter 75, you’ll need to wait a bit—I have to completely rework it to fit the new direction.

Thanks for your patience, and for sticking with me through the ups and downs.

Love and Peace.......

Vacation

Posted at Updated:

Hello everyone,

A quick update: Katie and I will be on vacation next week—think secluded trails, dense forests, and absolutely no internet. As a result, there will be no new chapters of Life’s Regrets from April 21st to April 25th. I appreciate your understanding and continued support during the break.

As we approach the final stretch of Life’s Regrets, I’ve been reflecting on how far the story has come. While I’m tempted to keep it going, I’m committed to closing it out. I don't want it to become a 400+ chapter behemoth.

This story began as a personal challenge—only my second attempt at fiction writing—and I genuinely didn’t expect it to resonate with so many readers. The response has been humbling and encouraging.

During the break, I’ll be sharing my earlier work, Lillie’s Journey. Unlike Life’s Regrets, this piece leans heavily into psychological horror and dark fantasy. It follows Lillie, a teenager grappling with profound grief, who begins hearing her late mother’s voice echoing through the old family home. What initially feels like a supernatural connection gradually reveals itself as something more sinister.

This story is more experimental. Whether or not it continues depends entirely on the reception. If it resonates with you, let me know—comments, messages, any form of feedback helps shape where it goes.

Thank you all for being part of this journey.

With appreciation,

Vash

Chapter 61 Update

Thank you, everyone, for the warm welcome back and for all the emails pointing out my many errors in Chapter Sixty-One. I believe I’ve corrected everything that was mentioned, so the updated version is now in the queue.

Once again, I really appreciate all of you. Sorry it took me a bit longer to get the corrected chapter posted—it’s been a busy day.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for being so understanding about my break last week. I needed the time to catch up on real-life things, but I still managed to get a few chapters written. Right now, I’m figuring out how I want the story to end. I’ve already written one epilogue, but I’m unsure if I’ll go with it or take things in another direction.

I don’t plan to drag the story out much longer—I doubt everyone wants a day-by-day breakdown of Josh and Katie’s life.

On the work front, Ricky is finally off light duty, which means fewer distractions for me.

To everyone who has emailed, commented, and voted—thank you! I truly appreciate the support. I appreciate every single one of you who has stuck with me on this journey. More chapters are coming soon!

Love and Peace!

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to give you all a heads-up—I won’t be releasing any chapters next week. I’m sorry if that’s disappointing, but I need some time to catch up on things in real life. Don’t worry, I’m not done with the story, just taking a short break.

Thank you to everyone who has been reading, commenting, and emailing me with editing help. I truly appreciate all the support, and I’ll be back with more chapters soon!

Love and Peace!
