Sorry about the mixup for those of you who were looking for the pic of Kelly on my Ko-Fi page. She's up there now in her full glory, bunny slippers and all. I've also posted Chapter 11 where I re-introduce Nikki from the first book. Some of you might remember that Kelly nearly beaned her with a paper weight when she came into the coffee shop looking for Ben. Things have changed since then! I have a big announcement coming out soon I'll keep you all posted!

Kelly is one of my fav characters to write as she's based partly on a real person. She gets so sleepy after doing her healing and sometimes it makes her frisky. She's normally sort of straightlaced and she likes to pretend that Ben is the naughty one but we all know that's not the case!

FYI I've just updated the first book of the Nexus Series- Nexus Foundation- with a new cover. I do my own cover art and never felt that my first cover was a great effort. I also uploaded a new Epub file that contains corrections and edits contributed by my many readers on SOL. Thanks to you for helping me create a readable product!

Dardenys is one of my most complex characters. In Chapter 10 we get hints that she has a greater plan for her people. There was much contradictory material on the Nephilim but I chose to portray them as ruthless and survival oriented as well as much maligned by history but not evil by objective standards.
