I'm a self-described "weird dude," and I'm embracing it fully. My journey into the world of writing began with a lifelong, avid passion for reading—yes, I'm using "avid" to sound fancy here.
I decided to give authorship a shot, spurred on by a fellow writer who suggested I channel my quirky imagination into something creative. I can't believe I just used the word "quirky" in a sentence. Every time I think of the word "quirky," I imagine a woman who owns some sort of weird animal—maybe a panda with a monocle, or perhaps a squirrel who is inexplicably skilled with nunchucks. Well, anyway, after four years of gentle nudging from her, I finally thought, "Why not?" So here I am, giving it a go.
Why "Dragon Pig," you ask? Well, I was told by another friend a long, long time ago—not in a galaxy far, far away—"Hey, you have certain gifts; stop wasting them." So this is me trying not to waste them. I'm just a guy with a weird imagination who writes weird stuff, and I hope there are others out there who enjoy my brand of strange.
