I’m Marc Morven, and I write stories about desire, temptation, power, and the choices we make when the rules begin to disappear.
My fiction moves between erotic romance, dark fantasy, taboo relationships, superheroes, and the occasional impossible world. Sometimes the setting is familiar, sometimes it’s completely fantastical, but whatever the world, I’m always interested in the same thing: characters—what they want, what they fear, what they hide from everyone else, and how far they’re willing to go to get what they desire.
I’m especially drawn to stories where relationships don’t follow the expected path. Where curiosity becomes temptation, temptation becomes a decision, and one decision changes everything that comes after it. I like exploring complicated characters, unusual dynamics, shifting boundaries, and those moments when someone realizes they’ve already gone further than they ever expected to.
For me, the characters always come first. The fantasy, the romance, the darkness, and everything else only really matters if you care about the people experiencing it. I want my characters to have personalities, flaws, desires, contradictions, and lives that continue beyond a single scene or chapter.
That’s also why I enjoy writing ongoing stories. I like watching characters and relationships evolve over time, allowing choices to have consequences and giving a story room to become something larger than it seemed at the beginning.
Most importantly, I believe a good story should be more than something you read. It should be somewhere you disappear into for a while—a world you enter, characters you become curious about, and a story you find yourself wanting to return to.
That’s what I’m trying to create with every story I write.
