Book 1 - Kindra
Kindra was simply mortified.
Oscar Michaels had walked right up to her in the hallway after sixth bell and handed her a Valentine card and asked her to the Valentine dance on Friday. Right there in front of God and everybody.
Worse, Louis Carter had been there! He had laughed. At her.
The tears came.
There was no way anyone could think that she, a cheerleader and one of the most popular girls at Paramount High, would go to the dance with Oscar. The guy was a total dweeb.
But what if Louis didn’t ask her now? She had been crushing on him hard, and he had flirted with her after the game last week. But now she was going to be a laughingstock.
Kindra was one of the pretty girls, but she was not mean like Hanna, Stacy and Gwen. And she wasn’t slutty like Vicky and Alice. But she just didn’t have it in her to humiliate Oscar as he had humiliated her in front of her friends.
She knew he had a crush on her. He had made puppy-dog eyes at her since they were in fifth grade. But he’d never had the courage to actually talk to her before. And now to just walk right up to her and give her a Valentine and ask her to the dance.
“What the hell was he thinking!” She cried, exasperated.
She could not be cruel. So she had simply said, thank you. And that she would think about it.
“Think about it! What the fuck was I thinking,” she cried to no one at all. She had skipped seventh bell. She always hated government studies anyway. Kindra couldn’t bear to face her peers. Now the gym was empty and would be for another hour. But then cheer practice would start, and she would have to face her friends.
She sat on the bleachers and looked down at the red envelope in her hands.
Why had she not thrown it back in Oscar’s face? She should have. Then he would be the butt of all the jokes, not her.
She opened the flap and drew out the large card from within the envelope. Like the envelope itself, the card was candy heart red but decorated with fine gold leaf embossing.
Kindra was somewhat surprised. The dweeb had really splurged. This was no Hallmark card, and it definitely was not something made in the art lab here at school.
The front of the card had a heart, the romantic symbol, not the kind that was beating in her modest chest. It was edged in gold filigree with an ornate arrow piercing it from the upper left to the lower right. The edges of the card were done in a deckled edge style, making the paper look like it was handmade, lending a sense of loving care to the card’s construction.
Despite herself, she was impressed. She flipped the card open.
Inside the golden filigree continued, spiraling in from the edges of the page in patterns that resembled rose vines until they formed in the center another heart and arrow ensnared in a tangle of flowering rose vines, all done in glittering gold.
Just below the symbol in large golden letters that were at the same time blocky and also loopy and free-flowing read the words “Be Mine”
~~ Girl Talk ~~
“Kindra!”
“Kindra!”
“Hey Girl! Kindra!”
Kindra blinked.
Hanna, Stacy and Alice were arrayed around her, looking concerned.
Alice snatched the card from Kindra’s hands.
“Don’t worry about that nerd!” she said.
“That’s mine!” Kindra said, snatching the card back.
“You’re not sweet on that nerd, are you? Tell me you’re not serious.”
“Of course not!” Kindra said, clutching the card to her modest breast. “It was just sweet. And it’s the only card I’ve gotten this year. Louis didn’t even give me one.”
The girls laughed.
“I didn’t get one either,” Alice said.
“Me either, said Stacy, sounding glum about it.”
“I don’t want to hear it, Alice! That old fart your fucking took you to Aruba last weekend.” Hanna said. “You got fucked on a real beach, that’s more romance than the rest of us are getting even if he is like a million years old!”
“He’s only forty, and his wife fucked me too.” Alice retorted.
“Ew, gross!” Hanna responded.
“You’re such a ho!” Kindra and Stacy added.
“Call me a ho all you want. I had toe-curling O’s all weekend. And Martin is buying me a car for graduation. Kindra, he likes you too. Want to join us next time?”
“Ehw. No!” Kindra said, feeling revolted, but a little turned on at the same time.
“Alice, you’re so gross!” Hanna said.
“You’re just jealous, sweetheart!” Alice grinned.
“I am,” Stacy said. “I’d come. Mark and I broke up, and it’s been almost two months.”
“Sweetheart,” Alice said. “When you get your boobies in, I’ll ask them. But if you need a good O, come over to my place tonight. I’ll take good care of you.”
“Really?” Stacy said.
“Ew ... gross!” Kindra and Hanna said together.
“Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it.” Alice said, “I thought it had a major ick factor until Martin and Barbara did me together. Fucking best babysitting job ever. Seriously girls, take it from the #1 slut on the team, pussy is way better tasting than spunk.”
Hanna and Kindra made vomit sounds in stereo, but Alice just grinned.
Changing the subject, Hanna turned to Kindra.
“You’re not really going to go to the dance with that looser, are you?”
“No!” Kindra exclaimed. “Of course not.”
“Has Louis asked you yet?” Stacy added.
“No. Maybe he won’t now.” Kindra choked out.
“Don’t be silly, girl. I heard he likes you.” Stacy said.
“Who wouldn’t,” Alice said. “Girl, you’re banging!”
That cheered Kindra up a bit.
Looking down, she noticed that she was still clutching the Valentine to her chest. She carefully folded it closed and slipped it back into its envelope, then placed it in her backpack.
“You’re keeping it?” Hanna asked?
“I may not get another,” Kindra responded. “And it was kinda of sweet. Even if you bitches will never let me live it down.”
“Kindra’s got a boyfriend!” they started chanting together, gleeful in their friendly malice.
“Stop it!” Kindra whined.
“Kindra’s got a boyfriend!” they continued with great relish.
“Hey, bitches! Lets get going!” Gwen shouted as she and the rest of the team burst into the gym.
~~ A Sweet Gesture ~~
After dinner, Kindra sat at her desk and grabbed her bag. She had a paper to write and a reading assignment due tomorrow.
Looking at herself in the mirror, she admired her own reflection. Brilliant hazel eyes. She had her long, curly hair up so that little tawny tendrils hung down around her face. Kindra had on just her favorite t-shirt, the pink one with the word ‘Love’ written across her budding breasts, and a pair of matching panties and white socks. She was ready for bed.
“Am I sexy?” she asked herself and blew herself a kiss in the mirror.”
Then a shiver ran through her.
Stacy had left with Alice after practice. She had seen them getting into the minivan with Alice’s mom after practice.
“Gross!” she said. But secretly she wondered what those two girls were up to right now.
She wondered what it would be like to be with a girl ... or a boy.
“Stop it, Kindra, you’re not a ho!” she said to herself and opened the book bag.
The first thing she saw was the big, candy-heart-red envelope.
She smiled softly. It really was sweet. Even if it came from a super-nerd. Oscar was the classic geek. Short, curly hair, tall and wiry, glasses, acne. He wasn’t exactly ugly, but he wasn’t cute either.
She opened the envelope and took the card out.
Kindra looked at it again, her eyes tracing over the delicate filigree to the heart at the center. She smiled softly to herself and pulled out a roll of Scotch tape from her desk.
She taped the open card to her mirror and smiled. He was a dork, but it really was a sweet gesture. She just wished he had done it in private or at least not in front of the whole school. Then again, she was never really alone at school, wash she?
“Poor guy!” she said to herself. “I’m going to have to break his heart.”
But what if Louis doesn’t ask me? She thought. I can’t go to the dance alone; that would be mortifying beyond measure. And she couldn’t ‘not’ show up, that would kill her reputation altogether.
“Please, please, ask me,” she said, thinking about Louis and his wavy blond hair, his athletic physique, his muscles. He was dreamy. Too bad Oscar didn’t look more like Louis; at least he had the balls to ask her out.
She started writing her paper on Eleanor of Aquitaine and the Second Crusade. Eleanor was Kindra’s absolute favorite historical figure. The woman had been the queen of France. She had gone with her husband on the Second Crusade to the Holy Land.
Eleanor had divorced her husband, the King of France. Possibly had a passionate affair with her uncle Raymond of Poitiers and gone on to marry the King of England before giving birth to Richard the Lionheart. The woman had been a force of nature.
Kindra wished she could be more like her. Well, except for fucking her uncle. Uncle Greg was nice but seriously gross, fat and bald. She’d rather fuck Oscar. In fact, fucking Oscar would be downright enjoyable compared to Uncle Greg.
Why the fuck is my mind going there, she thought as she paused her typing for a moment. She shook her head.
“Get a grip, Kindra!” she whispered.
She focused and started typing again.
The Crusades were a bloody mess. Full of battles and betrayal. Eleanor had accompanied her husband, the King of France, to the conflict. However, things had soured for them there. King Louis VII must have forgiven Eleanor if an affair had happened because they had traveled back to France together.
A connection in her mind snapped. Louis. What if Louis and I got married, and I was his queen? She imagined herself and a royal wedding. Louis with his muscles and wavy hair in a fine robe and crown; she in an elegant gown.
She could picture it in her mind’s eye. The reception in a great Castle Hall. The food, the dancing. All of her friends being green with envy. Especially Alice!
The dancing. She loved to dance; she could picture the music and the swirling gowns as Oscar ... No ... Louis guided her across the dance floor to the envy of all. He guided her through dance after dance, under the stars, as the night went on and on.
Until finally he would sweep her off her feet into his muscular arms and carry her slowly up the grand stairs to the waiting bridal chamber.
Alice, filled with jealousy, would watch as she was carried up, and up, and up.
She stopped typing and slipped her right hand down over her flat stomach and into her already damp panties.
Louis would lay her upon the huge fourposter bed and in desperation throw up her petticoats to gain access to her most special gift. The gift she could only ever give once.
Her fingers slid between her wet folds, and she began moving them in slow circles.
Louis, overcome with passion, would fall upon her and thrust himself into her, and she would welcome him. Her husband and her king, as he tore her innocence from her.
Her fingers increased the pressure and shifted from round and round to up and down. She looked at herself in the mirror. Her eyes were dilated, her mouth was slightly open. She knew she looked hot when she was this turned on.
Yes, her king would take her again and again as she lay gasping and helpless beneath him. Completely at his mercy, exactly where she wanted to be.
Her king ravaged her nubile body.
Her fingers increased the pace and sought out that throbbing center of her pleasure. She was close.
Her eyes landed on the golden filigree and the delicate heart, the words.
“My king,” she gasped out loud.
And in her mind her king, Oscar, kissed her as he flooded her womb with his seed.
She cried out in her mind and in her body as the waves of pleasure flooded her mind.
She saw in her mind as the tide of pleasure washed away her reason; she saw Louis walking into the bridal chamber with its blazing fire a look of heartbreak and rage on his face as Oscar with his massive cock, took her again and again and she came apart.
There was a banging at the door.
“Kindra! Kindra!” It was her mom’s voice.
In a panic ... She gathered her wits about her.
“Hu Mom!” Kindra called back.
“Are you alright? Are you alone? Open the damn door!” her mom shouted.
“Coming!”
Kindra licked her fingers clean of her own fluids before even realizing what she had done. Then grabbed a pair of sweatpants and pulled them on before rushing for the door.
What the hell had just happened to her? She wondered as she unlocked the door. And what the fuck had she just done? Why had she done that? Did she like the taste?
She opened the door.
“Who’s in here with you?” her mom shouted, bursting into the room as soon as the door opened. “Who is Oscar?”
“What?” Kindra said, both astonished and deeply ashamed.
Her mom looked around, noting that the window was closed and locked. She opened the closet door and turned on the light.
“Mom! I’m just doing my homework!”
Her mom seemed to visibly relax. Then she sniffed the air and stiffened.
Kindra was petrified in place.
Alexis Warren looked at her daughter with fury in her eyes.
“What you were doing is shameful, young lady!”
“Mom ... I...”
“I don’t want to hear it! Did a boy give you that!” she said, pointing at the Valentine.
“Hu, yes...”
Her mom snatched the card off the mirror.
“Mom, that’s mine!” Kindra said.
“You’re too young to be thinking about boys like that!”
“Mom...”
“Go get a shower before your dad gets home. You smell like a fucking whore!” her mom shouted.
“Yes, Mom,” Kindra whined.
“And you are not to see this Oscar ever again!” her mom growled.
“Mom, I don’t even like him! It was just a sweet gesture. I don’t like him, really! He is a nerd!”
Her mom gave her an angry stare, “Shower now! And we are going to talk about this young lady!”
“Yes, Mommy,” she said and sulked off to the bathroom.
~~ Panic ~~
The next morning Kindra woke with a gasp and a long, guttural groan.
Then the panic hit.
She burst out of bed and tore off her soaked panties and shoved them into the back of one of her drawers and grabbed a fresh pair.
“No, no, no!” she cried as she pulled on the new pair.
Then she pulled her sheets off the bed and stuffed them in a box in the back of her closet. She would need to wash them when her mother wasn’t home.
“What’s wrong with me!” She cried and set to making her bed as neat as possible.
It hadn’t been Louis she had been dreaming about. No, it hadn’t even been Alice; that would have been bad enough. It had been Oscar!
She finished fixing the bed and looked around in panic. Then she saw the clock and relaxed a little. Her alarm wouldn’t go off for another twenty minutes.
When she saw her mirror and the place where the Valentine had been, she felt a deep sense of loss. And a growing feeling of anger towards her mom.
She sat down at her desk and put her pretty face in her hands, and started to cry.
She sat there until there was a knock at her door, and it slowly opened.
Her mom, still in her dressing robe, came into her room uninvited.
“Kindra, what you did last night was shameful. But I understand. You’re young, your hormones are going crazy. I don’t care who this boy is. You will put him out of your mind!”
“Yes, mother,” she said. “I’m sorry. But...”
“No buts. It’s done! You’re a good Christian girl. I didn’t want to let you join the Cheer Team in the first place. Your father insisted I let you. Don’t make me regret allowing it.”
A sense of panic, Kindra had never known, set in. If her mom made her quit the team, her life would be over. Louis wouldn’t speak to her. Alice...
“Mom, I promise.” She said as softly and meekly as she could.
“Good girl!” her mom said and took her into a hug.
She was mad at her mom, but she really, really needed the comfort right now.
“Get ready for school. Breakfast will be ready in a bit,” her mom said, giving her one last squeeze.
She didn’t know why she said it. She regretted it the moment she did. “Mom, can I have the Valentine back?”
“No! I threw it out; it’s gone. Put that boy out of your head!”
~~ Home Room ~~
“Stacy went home with Alice last night ... Do you think they?” Heather whispered.
“Probably,” Karen said.
Kindra was barely listening.
“Hey girl ... You ok?” Hanna asked.
“Yeah, I just didn’t sleep well last night. And had a fight with Mom,” Kindra responded.
“Your mom is a real bitch!” Heather said.
“She’s still my mom. She means well; she’s just a Jesus freak,” Kindra responded.
“So what was it this time? You not say your prayers loud enough?” Karen asked. “Or forget to put the silverware away, stacked just right?”
“She’s not that bad!” Kindra said, feeling defensive.
“So what was it?” Heather asked.
Kindra mumbled something incoherent.
“What was that?” Karen asked.
“She caught me masturbating,” Kindra whispered. She could feel her face turning red.
The girls burst into laughter.
Mr. Wellings shouted, “Quite!”
“Sorry sir! They all responded.”
“You were flicking your bean! I’m so proud of you,” Heather said, giving her a hug.
“Were you dreaming about Oscar?” Hanna teased.
“What!” Kindra screeched.
“One more time and it’s detention!” Mr. Wellings said, sounding very annoyed.
“Sorry, sir. It will not happen again,” Hanna responded to the teacher.
“Relax,” Hanna said softly. “I’m just busting your chops. So who was it?”
“Louis,” Kindra lied. She knew it wasn’t entirely a lie. She felt like it was and wished to God that it wasn’t.
“Ooooh, do tell. Where their whips and chains involved?” Karen asked.
“He was the King of France, and it was our wedding night,” Kindra said.
“King of France, Girl you dream big,” Hanna said.
A flash of memory about the size of dream Oscar’s cock and how it had filled her to bursting hit her and she gulped. “Yeah, I guess I do.”
“So do you think he will ask you to the dance?” Karen asked.
“I hope so,” Kindra responded.
~~ Rejection ~~
Kindra had trouble keeping her mind on her studies for the first three periods. Her mind returned again and again to the dreams.
They were utterly humiliating.
It had been her asking Oscar to the dance. And he had rejected her.
She had chased him through the halls. She had gotten onto her knees and begged him to take her.
The entire school had laughed at her as she knelt there at the dork’s feet.
He had let her kneel there, humiliated for what felt like forever. Then he had told her, if she wanted to go with him she had to suck his cock right there in front of the whole school.
It had only been at that exact moment she had realized that she was already naked.
She hadn’t hit him. To her shame, she hadn’t even gotten angry. She had just said, “OK.” And to her utter astonishment, she had without prompting fished his massive cock out of his trousers.
“Make her beg for it!” Louis had jeered.
“Yea make the slut beg!” Andrew had agreed.
“Make her beg, make her beg,” the crowd chanted.
“You heard them!” Oscar had said. “If you want to suck my cock. You have to beg for it.”
And she did. And she had meant it.
She had wanted nothing so badly in her entire life.
She groveled at the nerd’s feet. “Please, please let me suck your cock.”
“I can’t believe I actually wanted to date that whore! ‘ Louis said.
She heard them all jeering and ridiculing her, but she didn’t care. The only thing that mattered was getting that beautiful cock into her mouth.
She promised him anything, anything he wanted.
“You can fuck me. You can fuck me in the ass. I promise, you can even fuck my friends. Just please put it in my mouth. Please!”
And he did. And it was glorious.
He had fucked her throat right there in front of everyone. And she had fingered herself while he did it. And she had come and come again until she was drunk on the pleasure.
And that’s when she had woken up.
A shiver ran through her body. She knew her panties were wet again just from thinking about it.
“What is wrong with me?” she wondered.
“What?” a voice came from behind her.
Ice ran down her spine as she slowly turned.
There was Louis, flanked by his flunkies Ed and Mark.
“Nothing.” She mumbled.
“So,” Louis asked, “you’re not actually going to the dance with that nose goblin, are you?”
Her heart was about to beat its way out of her chest.
“No. Of course not.” She stammered.
He grinned.
She looked at him with his wavy hair and his muscles.
“So. Do you want to go with me?” He asked with that big, cheesy smile.
In her mind’s eye, she saw him in his crown and stole. She saw him fall to his knees, his tiny cock going limp as Oscar had stuffed her with his own massive cock.
She felt shame. It wasn’t real. It was a dream, just a fantasy. This is Louis, captain of the lacrosse team. He was the guy she had been drooling over for two years. He’d just asked her out.
“No,” she said. “I can’t.”
What? She screeched inside her own head. She felt like she was going to pass out.
“What!” he said, looking shocked.
“I can’t,” she stammered. “I got in trouble. I’m grounded.”
Looking angry and ashamed, he turned and stormed off, followed by his goons.
It wasn’t true. But it was close enough to the truth to get her out of this. It would give her time to get her head on straight. She could tell him tomorrow that she got out of it. That she could go with him. She could fix it.
That hopeful thought lasted until just after the sixth bell.
She was standing by her locker talking to Alice and Hanna when Oscar walked up. He walked as if he owned the palace. Like he was the king, and they were all his minions.
“Hi, Kindra...” he started.
“Get lost, dweeb,” Hanna said.
“Ya beat it!” Alice agreed.
She didn’t know why, but she raised her right hand.
“It’s okay, he can speak. He is not going to like what I have to say.” She said.
He looked a bit surprised.
“So!” she said.
“Yeah. Well, I asked you to the dance. You didn’t give me an answer. I want to take you. Do you want to come with me?”
She looked at him, really looked at him. An eternity stretched by as her heart hammered in her chest.
There was only one answer, and she knew it. She’d known it for a while now.
“Yes, thank you. I would love that very much.” She said.
“What!” her girlfriends cried in unison.
Completely unfazed, his smile returned.
“Great, I’ll pick you up Friday at seven.” He said. “Wear something sexy.”
“What!” screeched her girlfriends.
But he just turned and walked off, whistling softly to himself.
“Girl, have you lost your freaking mind?” Alice demanded.
“Isn’t he dreamy?” Kindra said in a breath as she leaned against her locker, feeling weak in the knees.
~~ Shunned ~~
Kindra had kept mostly to herself for the past two days. It had felt like she was walking on a cloud.
She walked down the hall, softly humming to herself.
Last night’s dreams had been magical. She and Oscar had been the king and queen of some exotic land full of carved wood and flowing silks. He had made love to her over and over upon a stack of silken cushions as musicians played exotic instruments. She had broken for him again and again and again.
When she had awakened to find herself drenched in sweat and her own juices, she had just grinned and stretched and gloried in the remembered pleasure.
She had hummed and skipped into the kitchen and given her mother a kiss. She had given her father a hug and gone off to school.
Her day had gone by in a blur.
Most of her friends were avoiding her now. And everyone was laughing at her. But she didn’t care. She was going to go on her first date, so she was happy as could be.
She had a vague memory of Louis screaming in her face, berating her. Calling her a slut. She didn’t care. She was walking on a cloud. She didn’t care what immature little boys thought anymore. There was only one man whose opinion mattered.
After that people had sneered and jeered at her all day. It didn’t bother her that the whole school had though she had lost her mind.
Several of her friends had asked if he was blackmailing her. She had laughed at the stupidity of their notion. Called them jealous hos and just walked away smiling.
Her date with Oscar was tonight. This was going to be the greatest night of her young life.
She barely felt the tap on her shoulder.
“Kindra, can I speak with you?” It was Alice.
“Eh, sure,” she said.
Kindra had followed Alice into the ladies’ room on the second floor.
“So ... what’s going on?” Alice asked.
“What do you mean?” Kindra responded.
“Well,” she said. “For starters, you turned Louis down and you’re going to the dance with that dweeb.”
“He’s not a dweeb,” Kindra said.
How has she not seen it before? Oscar was just more mature. He was above all the petty high school bullshit. He was smart and had a great future ahead of him. And he really was handsome. Just not in the traditional jock way. And he had a great smile.
“Hun. I love you. I really, really do. But the guy is a goober!” Alice said.
“If you’re going to insult my taste, I’m just going to leave.” Kindra said.
She turned and started for the door.
“Wait!” Alice cried.
She stopped.
“What?” Kindra asked, now standing, facing the door with her arms folded under her modest breasts.
“I thought you liked me!” Alice cried.
“What?” Kindra said, turning to her friend.
There were tears in the girl’s eyes. “I thought you liked me.”
“I do.” Kindra said.
“Not like that. Like THAT! You have been checking me out all year. I thought we were going to hook up. You haven’t even looked at me in three days.”
“I do like you. It’s just...”
“Just what? You’re all into this ... Oscar now. What because he gave you a stupid card?” Alice said.
“It’s not just because of the Valentine ... Well, it is a little. No one else gave me one. And it just made me realize what a great guy he is.”
“But I fucking love you,” she cried, “I’ve been in love with you since the second grade. I thought you were finally starting to feel the same way.”
“I do love you. Alice, you’re my best friend.” Kindra said.
“Is that all?” She asked, looking heartbroken.
Kindra flushed. “No.”
“No, what?” Alice asked, looking up at her with tear-filled eyes.
“No, it’s not all. I have been having feelings,” she said.
Alice was on her in a heartbeat. Her friend’s hot mouth was on hers and they melted together.
Kindra found herself sitting on the counter with her knees spread, Alice was pressed up against her. My god, Alice had great boobs, she thought as she mauled her friend’s more than a handful tits.
“Fuck,” Alice groaned into her mouth.
“You taste so good,” Kindra moaned into Alice’s hot mouth.
“You’re a great kisser,” Alice moaned.
“It’s my first.” She said.
Alice broke apart and pulled back, smiling.
“Really?”
“Yeah, real kiss anyway.”
“Oh baby, I’m going to show you some stuff, you’re going to love,” Alice said.
“Alice,” Kindra said, heart hammering in her chest. “We have to stop.”
“I don’t want to.” Alice moaned.
“I don’t’ want to either, but I’ve got my date tonight. We shouldn’t go any further until I know if I have a boyfriend or not.”
“Boyfriend!” Alice stammered. “Oscar?”
“Yea silly. He is great. I hope you will see that one day.” She said.
She could picture his warm brown eyes. His goofy smile. She felt herself getting wet.
“What about us?” Alice asked.
“If things don’t work out with Oscar, I will be in the market for a girlfriend. Know anyone who may be interested?” she asked.
“And if they do?” Alice asked.
“What?”
“Work out with Oscar.”
Kindra smiled.
“Well, as long as he is OK with it. Maybe then too.” She said, feeling almost giddy with joy. “But you will have to be very nice to Oscar!”
“How nice?”
